Energy

In knowledge economies, we are paid to think. In the industrial economies that often precede them, we are paid not to think e.g. the production line. The knowledge economy’s outcomes are based on our ability to think, innovate, create and implement.

Some folks refer to five energy drivers:

  1. Move
  2. Eat
  3. Sleep
  4. Relax
  5. Connect

Working questions

  1. What are the different forms of (human) energy and their properties?
  2. How has our energy use changed over time?
  3. What is the impact of Decision Fatigue?
  4. What are the five energy drivers so important?
