Empathy
The most important skill for building great products might well be empathy. A great product satisfies a userโs needs in a delightful way. Understanding their needs require being able to put oneself in their shoes and feel their frustrations; their hope and desires.
I imagine empathy to be a core component of Emotional intelligence (EQ). I imagine its practise also to be vital component of creating psychologically safe spaces.
